Challenge
During the Med Connex project, one of the key challenges was designing user-friendly experiences for multiple roles within a complex, niche industry—healthcare recruitment. I had to translate intricate workflows like license verification and shift availability into intuitive interfaces, while also managing data-heavy components such as candidate dashboards and job listings. Balancing usability, regulatory nuances, and visual clarity was crucial to ensure a seamless experience for both recruiters and medical professionals.
Results
The redesigned MedConnex platform led to a significant improvement in user experience, with faster onboarding, smoother navigation, and real-time data updates. Users found it easier to search and apply for jobs, while administrators benefited from a more intuitive dashboard.
